We are a real estate company focusing primarily on high end properties. We provide leasing, sales and purchasing of commercial and residential properties in Miami Dade and Broward counties. The Broker

Our broker has extensive business experience having run a $2 billion dollar company from 1992 to 2000. With a major in marketing and a minor in economics, he is prepared to discuss investments beyond the common knowledge acquired by real estate courses.

Rubens is originally from Brazil and moved to the U.S. to attend the University of North Carolina, where he graduated Cum Laude. He took his degree back to Brazil where he rose to VP of Marketing at one of the largest retailers in the country. Rubens moved to Miami in 2000, and immediately entered the real estate industry as a developer for a townhouse project in Palm Springs. He handled all of the sales for that project and continued to invest in additional deals in Fort Lauderdale, Fort Pierce and Miami Beach. Rubens speaks fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese. Has handled residential and commercial deals in Florida. A resident of Broward county, Rubens is familiar with Weston and it’s surrounding areas.
